Got 3 bids from different companies, and even though PlumbSmart wasn’t the cheapest, we felt they were the most knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell for their benefit. Would definitely recommend and use again. Josh was excellent btw.

Yes, I think the work and service worked out just great. And I am going to be following through with new valves in the bathroom sink. And upgrade some of the same materials in the other bathroom as well.

AC went out on Father’s Day at 5:00 pm. I called PlumbSmart and they sent a guy out right away. Todd was very thorough, kind and professional. Price ended up far below what I expected. These guys never disappoint.

I talked to Robert at plumb Smart to get a quote for my leak main line leak to my home he sent out Trent Young Man inspected and set up 8:00 next day a.m. to repair job was complete no leaks my house back in service with water thank you so much for a great job and reasonable price Plum smart Trent and Robert you guys are number one in my book

If there were 10 stars in which to rate PlumbSmart, they would all be checked. PlumbSmart worked with me on my budget and the work was scheduled promptly. I had 2 large projects installed at the same time; a Trane RunTru mini-splitter AND a Nuvo whole house filter system. All 6 technicians, (Trent, Justin, Colin, Mason, Cayden, and Eric) worked diligently, were professional, personable, friendly, and got their job done in less than a day; and the place was spotless afterwards. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. Every employee in the entire process; from the paperwork to the installation, was professional, ensured questions were promptly handled and there was customer satisfaction. I am a happy camper.

Derek Pendleton was fantastic! He installed a device on my water line to the pool that keeps pool water from backing up and contaminating the city water. He answered all my questions which were many because I am not a plumber! I will use Plumb Smart for all my plumbing problems
