The blockage was really bad and took some serious effort. He did not give up and got my drain emergency taken care of. Fair price compared to what I’ve paid in the past. “My husband and I had a nightmare with my tankless water heater and a declined home warranty repair. Charles from PlumbSmart was THE technician for the job. He knew my unit inside and out and was familiar with Navien and their warranty process. When the warranty repair failed, he was able to get a warranty replacement approved and stayed late to install it the same day. Their prices are reasonable. This is how customer service should be. 10 Stars!!! Had them back out for a dishwasher leak — Darrell was knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, and even recommended a restoration company that came out within an hour.”
