We have used PlumbSmart multiple times over the past several years for everything from small plumbing repairs to AC replacement. They are reliable, fairly priced, professional, and they do excellent work. Our water heater recently had a massive leak in the evening after hours. I called the next morning and they had a new one installed and ready to go by 12:30. A big thanks to Michael S. and the team at PlumbSmart!

Finding a good reliable plumber has always been a challenge. I had PlumbSmart come out to replace an old broken outside spigot. Trent was the best service repairman I have ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and a wonderful representative for PlumbSmart. They are my go to for all plumbing needs.

PlumbSmart was called out to replace a water valve to the house. Was quoted competitive price immediately and work commenced. Michael did a great job in short order. PlumbSmart is my go to for anything HVAC or plumbing. Attic insulation is next on the list and it will definitely be PlumbSmart taking care of it.

When called they gave me a quote of $155. When showed up they wanted $300+, but then dropped to $200, which I could nor afford. Buyer BEWARE!!! RETRACTION, Manager came back and installed at the price they quoted to me initially once they listened to the call.

Very good experience! Very pleasant and knowledgeable plumber. Work done and cleaned up. All pieces and parts removed . I had to do nothing for disposal. They have a customer loyalty discount as well. They were on time and called ahead. Recommend them!

I had a toilet not working and they were able to help me on the day I called. Shawn came and was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and listened. He explained every diagnostic step. Shawn was able to install a new toilet that same day. He was efficient and respectful. I am appreciative of the quick response to my call and for helping solve my issue on the same day. Thank you!

Scott from Plumb Smart arrived exactly when I was told he would. I showed him what the problem was. He told me what the plan for repair was and was done in 2 hours, just like he said he would be. Very reasonable price. As an owner of an auto-repair shop for the last 25 years, employees like this is what allows Plumb Smart to shine. Scott was courteous, precise, and professional. It's easy to see why Plumb Smart has excellent reviews, due to their high standards. Highly recommend. If another occasion arises, they will be my first call.

We had a water main line burst late on Friday. We didnt know what to do so we called Plumbsmart as you all installed our water heater! You jumped into action right away and made us less stressed. I love this company! I have used them several times.The service people are always polite, friendly and go above snd beyond to assure your plumbing is done right. Scott came and replaced our plumbing pop up drain pipes in our two bathroom sinks and fixed my shower valve. He made sure all my current plumbing was cleaned and cleaned the work area before he left. The job is always done right and I have never had to call back for a problem with their work. I highly recommend this company.

It was a cold morning and we couldnt get any heat. My husband did some research but was unable to trouble shoot the problem. PlumbSmart was one of the recommended vendors from Trann. Sean came over within the hour or so. He was very polite and got right to work. Turns out we had a power serge that melted some wires. He made the repairs and put in a serge protector. Very reasonable charge. He checked the unit to be sure everything else is in good working order.

Communication is outstanding, including getting a text with picture of who to expect at my door. I will definitely use PlumbSmart for my future needs. Great customer service from Matthew. He was very helpful in fixing our plumbing issue and replacing the garbage disposal. I highly recommend. I also found out that they have a home services division for electrical and house repairs and maintenance. Going to reach out to get some other things done around the house.

Plumb Smartis advertised on the radio as being an efficient and cost-effective service. I recently had a problem in my kitchen where I needed to have someone find out why I didnt have water. They came out yesterday. They sent out two technicians, Devin and Jordan, both incredibly friendly and polite. They checked everything out and determined what was wrong and then they gave me many options, one of which how I could repair this on my own at no cost. I headed to Home Depot to buy a new faucet but when I returned home, I was unable to contact my regular handyman to install, so Im having them come back out tomorrow to put it in for me. I was amazed at all the options they gave me from the lowest cost of the highest cost and explained everything. When they left after doing their estimate for absolutely no charge I felt very cared for by this company. They actually engage with you and talk to you as though you are a person and not just a customer. Both of these kids were incredibly professional, well prepared and knowledgeable. When I called back this morning, I spoke again with their dispatch person, Trista. She too, was extremely personable and helpful and manage things as quickly as possible. Plumb Smart, is my new plumber for ever. I will never look elsewhere. When I say you can trust this company I truly mean you can trust this company.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service. The quote was the best of all four obtained by a decent margin and they delivered as promised.

We got 3 estimates prior to our complete re-pipe and PlumbSmart was head and shoulders above their competition. Our estimator, Jeremy, spent more than an hour collecting information for the job, and went over every part of the job with us including what materials they use, what they replaced and the time frame. Trent and Justin arrived on time along with Jeremy, who walked the job with the installers. They were professional, polite, and kept us up to date with their progress and were spot on with the length of time we would be without water. We could not be more pleased with their performance and they did a fantastic job. We would recommend highly!!!! My wife and I were both in the construction business and I owned my own HVAC business prior to retirement. Their price was reasonable and offered an easy payment plan. You will not go wrong with this company! It's a 5 star company!

1.28.24 Called for an a/c checkup appointment. A technician was sent out next day to do a complete checkup & inspect ducts on our recently purchased park model. Used PlumbSmart on our home in Gold Canyon last year as well. Knowledgeable and efficient technicians both visits. Will continue using them for all my a/c & plumbing needs. We called PlumbSmart on a Sunday night & were able to speak to someone right away when most companies went to voicemail. They were able to get us set up with an appointment quickly and our tech, Jeremy, was great! He was kind and informative and we highly recommend them to anyone in need!

I continue to be very impressed with the Plumb Smart company and will continue to use their services knowing I am in good hands. They do not use high pressure techniques and they have earned my trust over and over again. The technician team (team Travis) that came to install our AC unit was friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire install process. This clearly was not their first rodeo and I had total confidence in them!!!!
