Great service. Prompt and skilled plumbers. One problem. After 10k plus whole house redo we still have an inoperable shower in one of the bathrooms. How would you rate that?

PlumbSmart’s service was GREAT! Whenever I called and set up an appointment to have my two A/C units serviced, Hunter let me know that PlumbSmart was running a special of which I took advantage. Jacob Hood came out and serviced both of my units inside/out. Unfortunately, he had to let me know that my condenser motors and capacitors were about to go out. He then let me know what the cost would be to replace those items. Needless to say, I wasn’t prepared for that, but after thinking about it and knowing that Arizona’s “hot season” was just around the corner, I decided to go ahead with getting the work performed, and due to a cancellation, I was actually able to get the work done a day earlier than planned. I was contacted by Hunter, and he let me know that Ramin Badiee would be the technician who be coming to perform the service. Mr. Badiee did an excellent job! He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. I had also requested that he show me the “old motors & capacitors” so that I would know exactly what had been replaced. I really appreciated him doing that. I also spoke with Matthew Morales regarding the service to be performed and he discussed finances with me, which I also appreciated. He let me know that PlumbSmart would be available for any questions or issues that might arise. I’m very pleased with PlumbSmart’s service, and everyone I’ve had dealings with have been great and treat me like a valued client.
